This is a private project to document and explore the data behind a number the missing persons phenomena worldwide. Hundreds of thousands in the U.K. and U.S. disappear each year for various reasons. Most of these are subsequently found but a disturbing number are disappearing under strange circumstances and either turn up later in a body of water or sometimes not at all. We believe that an answer might lie in the data. The only way to analyse the data is to collect as much of it as possible.

Project commenced May 2017.
