The body of a man has been found on a canal path near Deansgate Locks in Manchester city centre.
A police investigation is currently underway after officers were called to the area at around 8am on Sunday morning.
At this stage the death is not being treated as suspicious but Greater Manchester Police said enquiries were continuing. No name or age for the man has been released.
